[[It's been a few weeks since anyone has heard from one Emmy Altava; after a rather nasty encounter with a Rocket member, she found herself in hospital with a concussion and a few bruised ribs. Having an Alakazam land on you will do that to a girl. But! Now she's allowed herself out of bed to test how the healing process has gone.

She's left her Pokegear off to the side as she goes through what appears to be a series of movements involving kicks and punches, sharply sparring with the air as she focuses on her technique.]]

So far, so good.

[[She massages her ribs for a moment, before smiling slightly. Her next move is quick and very spontaneous; falling forward and landing neatly on her hands, legs perfectly straight as she holds the handstand for a few moments. Behind her, her Machamp promptly copies her, crossing her extra set of arms over her chest.

Her Emboar also attempts a handstand, but it doesn't end quite as well, and she lands on her back with a crash. Well, she tried.

With a giggle, Emmy allows herself to fall backward, landing on her feet and doing a quick backflip to finish up. Perfect!]

I think we're all good to go!

[[And she turns away from the camera, heading towards a Fearow and what....appears to be the tail of a rather large Steelix, before scampering back and grabbing the Gear with a sheepish smile.

The feed cuts, and after a moment a message appears:]]

Hello! Sorry for disappearing like that; I did something silly and ended up in the hospital for a bit, but I'm all better now! If you need me, I'm on my way to Blackthorn City to complete my Gym Challenge.

Oh yes! It's yellow, just like my scooter. I like to take it out on the weekends and go for a bit of a fly! I suppose that's why I've taken to flying on my Fearow so well; I'm used to being up in the air!

Not at the moment, unfortunately. All of my previous work is back in my world, and I simply haven't had much time to do anything beyond some basic sketches for my notes.
