[It's been quite a while since he's gotten to do something along these lines - casual socializing is something that he had done a fair amount of back before the war, particularly spending time in the company of women; for obvious reasons, that hadn't been an option after the campaign in Ishval. He had regretted nothing about how he had spent his time after his release from Central Prison in Amestris; he still regrets nothing about it.
