[[It's been an exciting day for one Emmy Altava here in Goldenrod!

Not only did she wake up to find her scooter parked neatly outside her apartment building, but it's full of fuel and working perfectly! So of course, the first thing she does (after breakfast, obviously!) is leap on top of it and start riding it around town in a manner that....might not be considered following the road rules. But she has a license! It's a license from back home but it's....still a license, right?

Oh well!

After a while, she started to feel bad that her Pokemon were being left out. It wasn't fair that they should have to sit in their Pokeballs while she had fun all over the city!

But then Emmy had a brainwave.

So if you happen to be in the streets of Goldenrod, you might see....well.

This was a fantastic idea, Machi! Go a little faster, I want to take more shots!

[[Completely oblivious to the fact that she could fall and crack her skull open, Emmy is having a marvelous time, while Machi is kind of holding on to her trainer and the scooter for dear life. Having four arms is great, sometimes.

Just wave the Emmymobile down if you want to speak to her; just expect a picture or two!]]

It often looks like that to those that aren't familiar with alchemy, yes.

[[Come on Emmy, pull yourself together! Shaking her head slightly, Emmy gently releases his hand with a soft 'thank you', forcing herself to stand tall. This is....all rather intense, isn't it.]]

[He tips his head a bit in acknowledgment of the latter statement, offering a sort of silent agreement to it; however, his words are directed toward the former.]

That was a simplified version of it, yes. Unleashing the full extent of my power isn't a terribly good idea this close to an area populated with civilians; I'm sure you understand.

My power certainly isn't unlimited, Miss Altava; I have to adhere to the rules and limitations of Equivalent Exchange, as all alchemists do. But if I had to estimate, based on the materials I would have to work with and the way the ground here reacted to that...well. I could probably manage...

[He glances back at the city behind them, studying it.]

...I would estimate that about a block of that city would be gone in one strike. Give or take.
