Hugging this character: That depends. If you know her (unless you're like, idk Descole or something) then sure! Otherwise you're risking a swift kick in the groin. Or at least a bit of shock! But again, it depends on the situation!
Kissing this character: A quick kiss on the cheek is usually fine, but if we're talking full-on making out, that....yep, kick to the groin. Or at least somewhere sensitive. You ASK a lady before trying to kiss her!
Flirting with this character: Flirting is always ok! She's pretty vivacious and could come off as flirty anyway.
